
Ric Hardman was a writer of screenplays, TV scripts, and novels, mostly in the western genre. In the early ‘60s, Hardman wrote for the western TV series Lawman using his name and a pen name, Bronson Howitzer. For the big screen, he wrote Gunman’s Walk (1958), a western starring Van Heflin and Tab Hunter, and The Rare Breed (1966), another western featuring James Stewart.
