Dewey Martin was the drummer for the short-lived but influential rock band Buffalo Springfield whose career after the group split never caught on like those of his former bandmates Neil Young and Stephen Stills. Martin was found dead by a roommate in his Van Nuys, California apartment on February 1, 2009. He was 68 years old
